Certification Exams: Rapid-I Analyst Level and Rapid-I Expert Level
The Rapid-I Certification Program was created to recognize professional users of the Rapid-I software products like RapidMiner or the analysis server RapidAnalytics. Certified users have demonstrated an in-depth understanding of the data analysis software solutions provided by Rapid-I. The company Rapid-I has developed international standards based on experience, survey results and user feedback for different levels of experience.
We are happy that we can offer the certification exams for the Analyst level and the Expert level to all visitors of the RCOMM 2012 free of charge (*). Pass the exams and prove that you are a true master of RapidMiner / RapidAnalytics!
Analyst Certification Level
The Rapid-I Analyst certification level is designed to demonstrate a complete understanding of how Rapid-I software works and is used. Certified professionals will be able to prepare data and create predictive models in standard data environments typically found within most analyst positions. A candidate for this exam should have the ability to
- prepare data,
- build predictive models,
- evaluate the model's quality,
- score new data sets,
- deploy data mining models.
Candidates who earn this credential will have earned a passing score on the Rapid-I Analyst exam consisting of 50 multiple-choice questions and must achieve a score of 60% or more correct to pass. Candidates will have 90 minutes to complete the exam.
Expert Certification Level
The Rapid-I Expert certification level is designed for individuals who wish to demonstrate a deeper understanding of how Rapid-I's software products are used in complex settings and in non-standard situations. A candidate for this exam should have the ability to
- handle larger data sets,
- control process execution,
- make use of advanced modeling and preprocessing techniques,
- automatically optimize analysis processes,
- handle unstructured data types.
